After designing a property based on the elements of comfort, luxury, and privacy, it was only natural for us to incorporate a Panormos Village Restaurant that will reflect our approach through a carefully thought-out menu.
Selecting an area with ample space overlooking the exquisite sea views of Panormos Bay, we are pleased to welcome you to our Restaurant.
Being Greek, we idealize the Mediterranean Diet, and for good reason. The Greek Cuisine is the basis of the Mediterranean Diet with large varieties of vegetarian, seafood, and meat dishes that are prepared based on seasonality. Not to mention the scientifically proven benefits of following such a diet that are linked to longevity and overall health. We took all of this into account when we started forming our menu.
It was vital for us to ensure excellent quality of the ingredients, to be sustainable by using fresh locally sourced produce, and to allow our imagination to run wild by putting together different flavors, textures creating appetizing plates to serve our esteemed guests. There is no better place to enjoy our chef’s delicacies every time of the day, than at our restaurant that is full of sunlight and smiling servers.
